The IJ Foundation was established with a simple purpose: to give back to the local community.
Inspired by our years of experience in recruitment, we saw an opportunity to use our skills and knowledge to make a meaningful impact and help create opportunities for the next generation by providing practical support where it can make a real difference.
Our mission is to empower young people across Brighton & Hove with the confidence, knowledge and essential skills they need to take their first steps into the world of work — from CV writing and interview preparation to understanding the workplace and developing the skills employers look for.
