£22,000 - £24,000 + commission (uncapped) + bonus + benefits
 

We are looking for driven, conscientious, and commercial graduates to join our IJ Academy and graduate into our existing and expanding team of experienced consultants.

We are looking for an intelligent and resourceful Research Associate that has:

• The organisational and research capabilities to manage complex delivery mandates 

• Commercial acumen and business awareness 

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Excellent research and written capabilities 

• Self-driven, motivated, and resilient approach to achieving goals

• The ability to handle multiple priorities and work to deadlines

• The ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
