Rosie joined Ingham Jones to lead the firm's Operations and Finance functions, bringing more than 10 years' of experience within the recruitment industry.
Since 2022, she has dedicated her work to the operations side of the business to focus on improving systems, processes and internal functions.

Outside of work, Conrad is an avid music fan who DJs and produces his own tracks, bringing creativity and passion to everything he does.
