He has spent the past 6 years partnering with hiring leaders across Europe to support with various mandates from team builds to one-off leadership hires.
Jermaine Jefferies
Founding Director
Jermaine is an experienced recruitment consultant with over 8 years of experience in Compliance and Risk within Financial Services.
He has spent almost a decade focused on relationships and nurturing key client accounts. He has partnered with Financial Services organisations supporting permanent and interim hires across the UK and Europe.
Philippa Gutsell
Senior Finance Administrator
Philippa brings extensive experience of Finance Administration support across Payroll, Bookkeeping, Quickbooks, Outlook, and MS Office products.
At Ingham Jones she manages all Finance, Accounts, and Operational matters for the business.
Oliver Kirkpatrick
Lead Consultant
Oliver brings over 3 years’ of recruitment experience across Financial Services, focusing on Financial Risk & ESG.
He primarily meets contacts in person to foster long-term relationships. At Ingham Jones Oliver develops and onboards clients whilst supporting delivery across Risk Management.

Amuay is an experienced recruiter with over 6 years specializing in risk management across the UK and Singapore.
She has a successful track record hiring into Financial Services clients, including but not exclusive to consultancies, investment banks, hedge funds and trading houses.
Amuay is leading the delivery for all Credit Risk and Analytics recruitment at Ingham Jones.
David Boxall
Senior Delivery Consultant
David has a degree in Sports Performance and brings over 3 years experience in professional services recruitment.
As a Senior Consultant David supports with the delivery efforts on our Technology and Analytics roles across the UK, Europe and North America.
Successfully building product, engineering and development teams at FTSE 500 companies.
Alex Mohammed
Senior Consultant
Alex studied Microbiology and Biotechnology at university, then went on to spend the past 8 years in teaching, working his way up to Head of Science.
Bringing with him a pool of transferable skills he has decided to embark on a radical career shift into the world of Financial Services recruitment. Alex will be supporting on our delivery efforts across Risk Management and Analytics in the UK and Europe.
