Jermaine Jefferies
Founding Director
Jermaine is an experienced recruitment consultant with over 8 years of experience in Compliance and Risk within Financial Services.
He has spent almost a decade focused on relationships and nurturing key client accounts. He has partnered with Financial Services organisations supporting permanent and interim hires across the UK and Europe.
Philippa Gutsell
Finance and Operations Manager
Philippa brings extensive experience of Finance Administration support across Payroll, Bookkeeping, Quickbooks, Outlook, and MS Office products.
Philippa plays a key role in driving Ingham Jones' growth and success, managing all Finance, Accounts, and Operational matters for the business.
Outside of work, you’ll find Philippa enjoying quality time with friends and family over a drink.
Ellie Brennan

With over seven years of recruitment expertise, Ellie brings a wealth of industry knowledge and insight to Ingham Jones.
Ellie’s approach is both strategic and people-focused, ensuring that clients find the right candidates to meet their unique needs while helping professionals take the next step in their careers.
Outside of work, Ellie owns the karaoke mic and loves to spend quality moments with her daughter and their cat, Mash.
Alex Mohammed
Principle Consultant
Alex studied Microbiology and Biotechnology at university, then went on to spend 8 years in teaching, working his way up to Head of Science.
After a brave career shift to recruitment, Alex supports on our delivery efforts across Risk Management and Analytics in the UK and Europe.
Known as the company’s self-proclaimed “Minister of Entertainment,” Alex brings both dedication and a sense of fun to the team.
George Lacy

Having studied Sociology, George is embarking on an exciting career in recruitment, eager to learn about the market and various roles within it. As he develops his expertise, he is committed to connecting candidates with the right opportunities.
Known for being the last one standing at Ingham Jones socials, George brings enthusiasm and a lively spirit to the team, making a positive impact both in and out of the office

With a degree in Economics, Conrad embarked on a career in recruitment, leveraging his analytical skills to connect top talent with opportunities in the financial sector. As a vital member of our delivery team, he focuses on risk management and analytics across the US, UK, and Europe.
Outside of work, Conrad is an avid music fan who DJs and produces his own tracks, bringing creativity and passion to everything he does.
