He has spent the past 6 years partnering with hiring leaders across Europe to support with various mandates from team builds to one-off leadership hires.
Jermaine Jefferies
Founding Director
Jermaine is an experienced recruitment consultant with over 8 years of experience in Compliance and Risk within Financial Services.
He has spent almost a decade focused on relationships and nurturing key client accounts. He has partnered with Financial Services organisations supporting permanent and interim hires across the UK and Europe.
Philippa Gutsell
Operations and Finance Manager
Philippa brings extensive experience of Finance Administration support across Payroll, Bookkeeping, Quickbooks, Outlook, and MS Office products.
Philippa plays a key role in driving Ingham Jones' growth and success, managing all Finance, Accounts, and Operational matters for the business.
Outside of work, you’ll find Philippa enjoying quality time with friends and family over a drink.

With over seven years of recruitment experience, Ellie brings valuable industry insight to Ingham Jones. She’s passionate about connecting clients with the right talent and helping professionals advance their careers.
Outside of work, Ellie enjoys karaoke nights and spending time with her daughter and their cat, Mash.
Alex Mohammed
Managing Consultant
Alex studied Microbiology and Biotechnology at University, and following a change in career, he has quickly progressed to managing a team within our Risk Management and Analytics sector across the UK, US and EMEA.
Known as the company’s self-proclaimed “Minister of Entertainment,” Alex brings both dedication and a sense of fun to the team.
George Turner
Principal Consultant
George has joined the IJ team with years of experience in fintech recruitment. His focus is on business development, building client relationships in the US.
Much like his international pole vaulting history, George’s journey in recruitment is already reaching new heights. We’re excited to have him on board.

Senior Consultant
With a degree in Economics, Conrad embarked on a career in recruitment, leveraging his analytical skills to connect top talent with opportunities in the financial sector. As a vital member of our delivery and BD team, he focuses on risk management and analytics across the US, UK, and Europe.
Outside of work, Conrad is an avid music fan who DJs and produces his own tracks, bringing creativity and passion to everything he does.
Dominic Chamberlain
Principal Consultant - SAP
Dominic brings over 6 years search experience across ERP and SAP, with successful placements across Europe from Engineer to Director level.
At ingham Jones Dominic will be to working with our clients to attract top-level talent globally, He brings extensive experience in building out SAP teams and supporting clients of all sizes throughout their S/4 transformation journey. He is here to support and enhance the SAP function, widening our network and supporting throughout the S/4 ecosystem.
